Unveiling my latest Terracotta Treasures: The Folk Motif Collection

Namaste, beautiful souls! As a passionate terracotta artist from Bengaluru, I pour my heart into every piece, drawing inspiration from the rich folk motifs of our country. In this collection, I’m excited to share five unique designs with you: the 'Face', 'Tree', 'Peacock Motif', 'Bindi', and 'Folk Patterns'.


The 'Face' Pendant


The 'Face' design began with my love for creating masks. I remember making random faces on a slab of clay when I was around 15 or 16 years old. It always starts with sculpting the nose. To me, that's an attractive feature, and I make that well! This round pendant is sculpted as a three-dimensional human face with a long, prominent nose, wide eyes, and a gentle, smiling mouth. It embodies the expressive character often seen in Indian folk art.


This set pairs beautifully with solid kurtas, sarees, or handloom dresses in beige, off-white, mustard, maroon, or indigo. The face motif can be the only dramatic highlight of your outfit.




The 'Tree' Pendant


The 'Tree' pendant draws inspiration from the palm motif, symbolizing shade, calm, and tropical warmth. This bold, nature-inspired terracotta statement piece features a hand-sculpted palm motif on a textured slab of clay. The 'Peacock Motif' Pendant


The 'Peacock Motif' pendant set is a striking statement piece. It features a vibrant blue base adorned with a tribal peacock motif painted in white.
